Suitable Garments

Artwork Requirements

 

For the best possible results, please provide:

If your artwork requires resizing or minor adjustments for print quality, we will contact you before production.

 

Please note that significant artwork design, editing, or recreation may incur an additional design fee. If this is required, we will contact you before proceeding.

 

Customer-Supplied Garment Requirements

 

The customer is responsible for providing the blank garment to be customised.

 

Please ensure garments are:

 

• New, unused garment

• Free from dust, pet hair, lint, and excessive fabric softener

• Suitable for heat press application

• Not damaged or defective

• Supplied in the correct size and colour

 

Please check your garment carefully before sending it to us. We cannot guarantee the final result on garments that are unsuitable for heat application or have coatings, treatments, finishes, or fabric compositions that may affect adhesion.

 

We will take reasonable care when handling your garments. However, customer-supplied garments are customised at the customer’s own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing defects, damage, shrinkage, colour changes, or issues caused by the garment’s composition or manufacturing.

 

DTF Application

Your artwork will be professionally applied using a heat press.

Application settings may vary depending on the garment fabric, composition, and manufacturer’s recommendations. We will use appropriate professional application settings based on the garment provided.

 

Care Instructions

To help maintain the quality and longevity of your finished garment:

• Allow 24 hours before the first wash.

• Wash inside out at 30°C.

• Use a gentle wash cycle where possible.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Do not bleach.

• Do not use fabric softener directly on the print.

• Do not iron directly onto the design.

 

Please Note

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, garment colour, and fabric composition.

 

The final appearance of the print may also vary depending on the garment material and surface.

 

We cannot guarantee the outcome of application onto garments that are not suitable for heat pressing.

 

If your artwork is low resolution or requires significant editing, we may contact you before production to discuss your options.
