- Materials and inventory are purchased after your order is placed and payment is complete.
- Processing times for some custom and large-quantity orders can take up to 2–3 weeks.
- We’ll confirm your timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.

🎁 Personalised Items — Stock & Turnaround
We maintain a good level of stock for frequently ordered items (e.g., T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Children’s Pyjamas).
- In-stock items: usual turnaround 3-5 days.
- Urgent gifts: please check with us before ordering we’ll do our best to help.
- Not in stock: our suppliers typically take 2–5 days to deliver to us.
🕒 How long will my order take to process?
Most products are made to order. Standard production is typically 5 business days. Large or highly personalised orders may take longer but we’ll keep you updated.

UK: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
🎨 Do you accept custom and bespoke requests?
Absolutely custom and bespoke projects are what our company specialise in. Share your idea or artwork via our contact page or email us your vision/idea.
🧺 How do I care for personalised clothing?
- Turn inside out before washing
- Cool wash (30°C or below)
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron inside out on a cool setting
🔁 What is your returns policy?
Non-personalised items: return within 14 days.
Personalised items: non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
