• In-stock items: usual turnaround 3-5 days.
• Urgent gifts: please check with us before ordering  we’ll do our best to help.
• Not in stock: our suppliers typically take 2–5 days to deliver to us.

Most products are made to order. Standard production is typically 5 business days. Large or highly personalised orders may take longer but we’ll keep you updated.
