👕 Clothing Care Instructions ▾
The print on this garment is handmade. Follow the advice below to keep it looking new.
  • Cool wash.
  • Wash with similar fabrics.
  • Wash inside out.
  • Avoid bleach & fabric softener.
  • Use a gentle spin cycle.
  • Hang to dry (no tumble dryer).
  • Iron on cool and cover the design with baking paper.
🧩 Vinyl Decal — Application & Suitable Surfaces ▾

Vinyl decals are designed for smooth, clean surfaces like metal, plastic, glass, wood, and vehicles. Larger decals can be tricky to apply solo—take your time and follow the guidance below.

Factors Affecting Adhesion

  • Acclimation: Lay vinyl flat for ~12 hours to reach room temperature.
  • Cleanliness: Dirt, dust, or oils will prevent proper adhesion.
  • New paint: Freshly painted walls need ~6 weeks to cure (off-gassing).
  • Temperature: Very cold surfaces hinder adhesion.
  • Surface quality: Unfinished, heavily textured, or flaky/old paint reduces stick.
  • Drying time: Waiting too long to apply can dry out the adhesive.
  • Sealants: Wall sealers can cause bubbling or curling.

Tip: Always assess the surface first to ensure it’s suitable before application.

🎨 DTF (Direct To Film) — Application Instructions ▾

Prep

  • Preheat the base material for 5 seconds.
  • Use a lint roller to remove debris.
  • Position the cut design with the shiny liner side up on the base material.
  • Cover with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.

Press

  • Apply heat for 20 seconds using firm pressure.
  • Flip the item and heat the back of the design for 15–20 seconds.
  • Allow to cool before removing the liner (cool peel).

Using a Household Iron

  • Set to Cotton/Linen (highest temp); steam OFF.
  • Maintain firm, even pressure—press, don’t slide.
💧 Washing Instructions for DTF Applied Items ▾
  • Wait 24–48 hours before washing.
  • Turn inside out and wash on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
  • Iron inside out only if needed.
