Founded in 2022, we are an independent creative studio specialising in personalised gifts, custom print and design led branding. What began as a passion for creativity has grown through word of mouth and a community that values quality, attention to detail and a personal approach.

Every project begins with an idea. From the first conversation to the finished piece, we combine creativity, quality materials and professional production techniques to create designs that feel refined, personal and made to last.

Meet Jess

I’m Jess, founder and creative director of The Custom Company.

As a single parent/carer to my autistic son, I’ve learnt the value of patience, flexibility and creating with purpose. Those values influence everything I do, from the way I work with clients to the way every order is designed and produced.

Whether you have a fully formed idea or you’re looking for creative guidance, I’ll work with you throughout the process to create something that feels personal, considered and true to your vision.
