* Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Processing and Delivery
* Processing times vary depending on the product. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page.
* Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays beyond our control.
* Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for postal delays or loss.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
* As most of our products are personalised or made to order, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
* If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.
* Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
