Designed Around Your Requirements

You can provide your own finished artwork or ask us to develop the design for you.

Depending on your project, we can work from a logo, drawing, reference image, wording or initial idea.

Where additional design or artwork preparation is required, a separate fee may apply. Any additional costs will always be confirmed before work begins.

Artwork Requirements

If you are supplying your own design, please upload a cut ready SVG file wherever possible.

Artwork should contain clean vector paths, with text converted to outlines where applicable.

Files supplied as PNG, JPG, PDF, Canva artwork or other formats may require conversion before they can be used for laser cutting.

If your artwork requires tracing, converting, cleaning, editing or rebuilding, an artwork preparation fee will apply where necessary.

If you do not have an SVG file, you can still submit the best quality artwork you have. We will review it and advise whether any additional preparation is required before production.

Minimum Production 

Custom laser cutting starts with a minimum production charge of £19.95. For smaller designs, this may cover multiple pieces of the same design. The number of pieces possible will depend on the size, material, complexity and cutting requirements.

Made To Order

Every piece is individually produced for your project.

Small variations may occur between acrylic finishes, particularly mirrored, marble, pearl, glitter and patterned materials. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

As each piece is custom made to your requirements, personalised and bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
