Have your own garment and transfer ready to go?

Our Professional Heat Press Service allows you to supply your own garment and compatible heat transfer, and we will professionally apply the design using our commercial heat press equipment.

Whether you have created your own design, purchased a DTF transfer elsewhere or have a transfer ready for application, this service gives you the option to have it professionally pressed for you.

How it works

1. Choose your service

Select the number of garments you require us to press.

2. Send or bring your items

Provide your clean, suitable garments along with the transfers you would like applied.

3. We check the materials

Before pressing, we will assess the garment and transfer to make sure they are suitable for application. If we have any concerns about compatibility, placement or the condition of the items, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Professional application

Your transfer will be carefully positioned and applied using the appropriate temperature, pressure and pressing time for the materials provided.

5. Collection or return

Once completed, your garments will be ready for collection or can be returned to you where a return service has been arranged.

Please note

This is a heat press application service only.

You are supplying both the garment and the transfer. We are not responsible for creating, printing or supplying the transfer unless this has been arranged separately.

 

What is included?

Your service price includes the professional application of one customer supplied transfer per garment.

If your garment requires more than one transfer, select the relevant number of additional applications. Each additional transfer is charged separately because it requires additional positioning, pressing and handling.

Because customer supplied materials can vary considerably, we cannot guarantee the final result where the garment or transfer is unsuitable, damaged, incorrectly sized or incompatible with heat application.

We recommend providing a good quality, unused garment wherever possible.

Garments must be clean, dry and free from fabric softener, oils, pet hair or other substances that could affect application.

Please do not send garments that have already been washed or treated with products that may affect adhesion.

Customer Supplied Transfers

We can apply a range of compatible heat transfers, including customer supplied DTF transfers.

Transfers must be supplied ready for application and must be suitable for the garment and heat press process.

Please ensure you have checked the size, orientation and design before sending your transfer.

Once a transfer has been pressed, it cannot be removed and reapplied without potentially damaging the garment or design.

We accept a variety of garments, subject to suitability.

T shirts

Sweatshirts

Hoodies

Baby and children’s clothing

Workwear

Tote bags and other suitable fabric items

Garments must be suitable for heat application. Certain fabrics, coatings, finishes and specialist garments may not be compatible.

If you are unsure whether your garment is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.

Standard placement options include:

Left chest

Centre chest

Full front

Upper back

Full back

Sleeve

Other placements may be possible depending on the garment and transfer. Please contact us before ordering if you require a specific or unusual placement.

Unless otherwise agreed, the final positioning will be determined according to the garment and transfer supplied.

Important

By placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use the garment and transfer supplied and that any artwork, logos or designs provided by you are yours to use.

We do not accept responsibility for copyright, trademark or licensing issues relating to customer supplied artwork or transfers.

Customer supplied garments and transfers remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.

We take care when handling every item, but because these are customer supplied materials, we cannot be responsible for pre existing damage, manufacturing defects, colour variations, fabric inconsistencies or issues caused by the original garment or transfer.

Before sending your items

Please make sure:

Your garment is clean and completely dry

The garment is free from fabric softener, oils and residue

The transfer is clean and undamaged

You have checked the transfer size and orientation

You have selected the correct quantity when ordering

You have provided any specific placement instructions required

If you are sending multiple garments or transfers, please clearly identify which transfer belongs to which garment.

We provide the equipment, setup and application, allowing you to have your designs professionally applied without the need to purchase or operate a heat press yourself.
